He told cops that his girlfriend, Briana Lacost, 25, became “very upset” when he urinated on the bed they had shared for a year and a half. According to the investigation, Briana and the victim had been drinking that night and were both inebriated. While attempting to flee from her, Lacost reportedly charged at him with a kitchen knife and stabbed him. Investigators met with Lacost, who informed authorities that she and her partner were planned to divorce. She said officers she was outraged because her partner urinated on himself and “pulled him” off the bed, leading in a fight. Lacost allegedly told deputies that during the argument, her boyfriend began strangling her, and she defended herself by stabbing him under his left arm. She attempted to provide medical assistance before transporting her partner to the hospital. Lacost was charged with second-degree attempted murder by deputies.
