Yahoo Boy, Herbalist Caught With Human Parts In Delta State
In Delta State, a fraudster alongside his herbalist has been caught red handed with human parts Police officers from the Obiaruku Police Station discovered suspected human parts inside the herbalist’s residence in Obiaruku, in the Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State, and arrested the accused fraudster and his herbalist, one Ike, nicknamed Ogenesu. The fraudster was reportedly travelling to a location in Obiaruku at around 5:20 p.m. on Friday, October 28, when five police officers doing a stop-and-search duty flagged down his car. Instead of stopping, the suspect sped away as the police officers, who had grown suspicious of him, gave chase and eventually caught up with him. During the search of the vehicle, the police allegedly discovered a note mentioning the need for human parts, according to a resident who asked to remain anonymous for security reasons. The man was asked to provide a human head, hand, and leg, according to the note. The policemen asked him after finding the note what he intended to use the listed items for, and he replied that it was for something out of fear. The resident continued, “So, the policemen started a full investigation by going to the Obiaruku Police Station to get a warrant to search his three-bedroom flat. While searching his house, they found a second written note requesting the same items in the first written note that was found in his car. According to the source, after the officers discovered the notes, they detained the suspect, who claimed during questioning that Ike had asked for the human parts. He stated that the next day, the suspect took policemen to the herbalist’s residence, and while investigating the property, a decomposed corpse was located alongside a fish pond. “The herbalist used nylon to cover the corpse and since the corpse was adjacent to the fish pond, nobody sensed the stench because of the stink around the fish pond. According to the source, “the officers brought the Yahoo boy and the herbalist to the station and sent them to the state command for further investigation.” A video clip that our correspondent has in his possession shows the herbalist opening a bag of dead person’s bones. While authorities were interviewing him about the event, a human skull was also seen next to the bag. Ike was overheard stating, “I dug the hole and retrieved the corpse from where it was buried. It was my child that was buried.”...
