Cooking gas price rose by 101%, according to National Bureau of Statistic According to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the cost of cooking gas, also known as liquefied petroleum gas, rose by 101.17% in the previous year. According to the Bureau’s Price Watch for August 2022, Taraba State had the highest average cost to refill a cooking gas cylinder, while Katsina State had the lowest cost.
