Police detained a Brazilian guy dressed as a 7ft penis after ladies reported that he was pestering them.
Military Police in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, detained the guy dressed as the huge phallus in the city centre on Sunday for ‘acting suspiciously’.
A photograph of the arrest shows the man wearing an inflated manhood costume as he is carried away gently by an officer.
Local media said that carnival visitors told authorities that he had been using his costume to pursue women in the city’s parades.
He was hardly the only Carnival goer apprehended over the weekend.
On Saturday, police on patrol in Santa Luzia, Minas Gerais State, apprehended a 20-year-old man disguised as a prisoner as he left his home to participate in a procession.
Officers approached him and a friend as they were ready to take a bus to Belo Horizonte.
The suspect was dressed in a red shirt, shorts with the National Prison Department’s abbreviation (DEPEN), and a handmade electronic ankle tag.
Officers seized 15 portions of cannabis and another 15 of cocaine from the bum bag worn by one of the men.
The pair confessed to the cops that they were planning to take some of the drugs and sell the rest at Carnival.
