HOW TO MAKE PUFF PUFF
Both quick and active yeast will work well for this recipe’s yeast proofing requirements.
You may omit proofing the yeast if you’re using quick yeast.
It’s a good idea to prove the yeast if you’re using active yeast.

Fry: Before frying the puff puff, make sure your oil is heated.
